Charging the tenant extra money if he delays paying the rent
Peace be with you. Our building owner warn us that if we pay the rent late (for 10-15 days probably) he would charge 500 more money. Unfortunately we payed after the period was elapsed and he urged us to pay 500 more or leave the house. Benefitting from a car bought with a usurious loan
Salaam, I live in a shiah country, and according to our fiqh, bank interest can be free from Riba if some criteria are met.
