Found an umbrella in his shop
Assalamualaykum,
dear scholar,
once someone forgot his umbrella in my shop and quite a long time have passed and no one claimed it. Do I have the right to use it (the umbrella)?

Lawyer taking his fees as a percentage of the transaction
is working for a commission allowed. for example, a notary/lawyer may charge 2% as fees on the value of all transactions he handles, e.g, he will charge 2% on the sale of lands, whether one piece of land is worth USD1M or USD200M, notwithstanding that his profession work is almost the same in both cases.

Holding an insurance policy to avoid income tax

Inheritance of two wives, three sons and a daughter

Actually footpath business is illegal here in saudi. but v buy vegetables/fruits from these footpath. if Muncipality people see them, they will catch them bcs its illegal.
