Wants to Purchase a House with a Riba-based Loan
I want to buy a house using home loan from State Bank of India. Currently I am paying more than 75000 INR as income tax yearly. Also I am living in a rented flat whose rent is 5000 per month. Ibn Maajah (2482) narrated that Hudhayfah ibn al-Yamaan (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said:Whoever sells a house and does not put its price into something similar will not be blessed therein.”

Selling Sim Cards Conditioning First Recharge Through Seller

I went to a store to buy a sim card. The sim card was sold for free but i had to make my first recharge of that sim with the seller himself.
Is this transaction valid?
