What to do with extra money got from life insurance
My aunt has bought insurance 18 years back by her son's name. She has submitted 50 thousand rupees in these 18 years gradually. Now according to that insurance she will get 1 lakh rupees but these more 50 thousand rupees are "Ribaa" according to our limited knowledge. Please confirm it. When the co-partnership starts
My question is about Mudhaarabah: When the Mudhaarabah starts according to Sharee'ah.
Does the Mudhaarabah starts when the body partner (Mudhaarib) starts the work?

Pension for retired worker
I am working in a private company. According the rules the employer is entitled to give gratuity and allowances (not bonus or dividend) in accordance with the service of the employee when he/she leaves the firm. Maintenance worker on a dinner boat on which liquor is served

Choice to invalidate the sale contract conducted via Internet

The one who accepts interest and the one who pays it are cursed
This is regarding interest or bank loans. Not a single verse in the Quran states that giving interest is Haraam. It is only for taking or eating, not for giving. Was referred to a company other than his own to get the grant for studying abroad
