Adopted his brother's daughter and forbids her relatives from seeing her
MY BROTHER ADOPTED MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE HE HAS NO ISSUE. HE WRITE HIS NAME AS FATHER FOR WHICH I TOLD HIM THAT THIS IS NOT ALLOWED IN ISLAM AND HARAM BUT DID NOT CARE. Will an unmarried woman marry one of the Companions in the Hereafter?
Is there a Saheeh Hadeeth by the Messenger of Allaah, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, stating that the girl who does not marry in this worldly life will marry a Companion in the Hereafter? If so, is abstaining from marriage for this reason unlawful?

Reciting the six words of faith when conducting the marriage contract
Assalam-O-Alaikum, Dear Sheikh please tell me that while Marriage-“Nikkaah” is consummated, is it obligatory for the Man to by-heart the Six-Kalimahs & “Sifaat Al-Imaan” and say/recite before the Qazi or the Imaam who is making the Nikaah Khutbah?.. Delayed dowry of a wife who asks for divorce
When I got married the contract stipulated a mahr 50,000 UAE Dirhams, to be given at the start, and another 50,000 UAE Dirhams to be given at the end - in the event of my death or divorce. I gave her the former before we married. She has now left me, after 26 years, saying she wants to be "free". If I divorce her do I have to give her the second mahr?
