Wife's Physical Presence Is Not Condition for Valid Divorce
if I said that I divorced my wife to somebody else without my wife´s physical presence I mean that she was not their when I pronounced the word of the divorce. The question is, Is she still my wife? or I have to make new marriage contract?

Intention Determines the Ruling Concerning Repetition of Words of Divorce
I have a question regarding divorce and reconciliation: A husband pronounces divorce to his wife twice in one sitting, he isn't sure if he wanted to pronounce divorce once or twice, so now he wants a Fatwa regarding whether or not it was counted as one or two. If a man divorces verbally saying so onto his wife's face: "I divorce you once " and then reconciles within an hour or so and have sex with her the same day and she was not in her menstrual phase?
