An Islamic school hiring a non-Muslim teacher

A creditor accepting his debtor's invitation to dinner

His employer changed his contract terms without his consent
Assalaamu alaikum, When I was hired last year within a few days I signed a 2 year contract. The contract agreed to certain days of pay, a certain salary, etc etc The employer made "a mistake" and wanted to change the contracts of all employees. He regrets using uncovered credit card
Assalamoualaikoum, I had to rent a shop to sell some items. i needed to pay 2 months advance to the owner to cover the eventuality i close the shop and go away without notice. plus 1 month advance for the current month. Creditor staying in debtor's house without rent is Riba
Peace and Mercy of Allah be with you and your family. dear Brothers, my close freind borrow a money from me and he put his house as a collateral and he left his house to me. my question is this: am i permitted in Islam to stay in that house and pay the owner small amount as rent knowing that even e very small amount he will accept?
