A customer borrowing call credit from his mobile service provider
in Pakistan we take loan from our mobile service providers.when the loan is returned they charge some extra charges and say them as their service charges. Is it RIBA or not?.. More

If a first husband of a woman dies and then she marries an another man whose wife died and then again her second husband also dies then does this woman have share in the property of her second husband?

A landlord getting a lump sum deposit from the tenant
I am giving one house/shop building for rent. It is normal in our country to charge the rent monthly and also get a lump sum deposit for a year or two on the basis of rent to be returned at end of the contract period.
