Failed to pay to his sister for her share of inheritance 8 years ago

Inheritance of a Muslim who has no Muslim heirs
is it correct that I should give my inheritance to my parents if i have no kids and no husband. It is not written in the Holy Koran that I should give them nothing because they are Christians. Creditor conditioning to possess the mortgage upon failure to repay the loan
