Delaying Hajj to help the wife after childbirth

Unable to take care of his sister's baby during her travel to perform Hajj

Fears to have menses while in the state of Ihraam
I am going to Hajj and I would like to do 'Umrah asI am going to Makkah first for 6 days and after that to Madeenah and then to Mina,Allaah willing. Performing 'Umrah does not make Hajj obligatory on a person
I have performed Umra twice in my life, first in 1988 and then in 2007. Some people say that if one performs Umra once in his life, then the Hajj becomes fardh (compulsory).
