Ticking the box “I have read the agreement” when installing software
AsalamoAlikum
Nowadays there is alot of use of softwares. Usually when we install any software it asks us to read an agreement before moving on. This agreement is usually very long and consumes alot of time e.g. agreement of skype.

Exchanging currencies via one’s two bank accounts
Assalamu Aleikoum
I have 2 bank accounts (in the same bank) the first is local currency (Riyals) and the second is in Euro.
I use to transfert mony to the account in Euro (buy Euro) and after hours or days transfert from the Euro to account in Riyal (sell Euro).
Please tell me what is the position of Shari3a from such operations

Sale is a binding contract
AlSalamu Alikom,
I have accepted selling my apartment and got a deposit from the buyer. Now, I have changed my mind and do not want to proceed in the selling. From an islamic point of view can I cancel the selling and refund the deposit to the buyer? Or should I complete the process and transfer the ownership to the buyer?

Getting health insurance in the name of another person
is it permissable to have perscription medication written in the name of another person who has medical insurance that will cover the cost of the medication, but the medicine is not for the person with insurance?
